- REFUNDS are accepted excluding post & package charges. Refunds will be given when the unworn Onesie has been returned complete with original packaging.
- For your own piece of mind we insist that all returns are sent by courier or special delivery.
- In the unlikely event that your Onesie arrives damaged this MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- EXCHANGES will be at the cost of the buyer who will be required to pay for the cost of sending a replacement. In the event of a replacement not being available we will offer a refund excluding post & packaging charges incurred.
Terms Of Sale
Our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org must be advised within 14 days of your receipt of the Onesie if you wish to return them. We will not accept a Onesie for return that has been used and expect goods to be returned in the same condition as prior to purchase. As the buyer you are responsible for the risk and costs of returning the items, all items should be returned by special delivery.

How Long Will My Order Take to Be Delivered?
We pride ourselves in getting your orders out ASAP, so if you order by 2.00pm we guarantee your shiny new onesie will be on its way the very same day! If not then we will post next day.
Your order will be sent Royal Mail recorded delivery or Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery depending on the option selected when the order was placed.
My Order Has Not Arrived?
We are responsible under the Distance Selling Regulations for all orders reaching our customers safely, with this in mind we will always trace non deliveries. For special delivery purchases your item will arrive the day after posting, for standard post the Royal Mail do not consider items lost, until 15 working days have passed since the dispatch date, however please let us know if your item does not arrive within 7 working days.
Problems are extremely rare but can always be sorted, whether it be re-delivery or refund.
We will not accept any responsibility for items that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a re-delivery charge is payable to us before we will resend your package.
